Use of the site

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to use the site lawfully and provide accurate information at checkout.

Products

Products are made to order. Product images, colours, dimensions, print or embroidery placement, and materials may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product availability.

Orders

Prices, availability, and product details may change. We may cancel or refuse an order when information is inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, an item becomes unavailable, or misuse is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Standard U.S. shipping is already built into product prices, so no additional U.S. standard-shipping charge is added at checkout. For supported international destinations, checkout shows only the additional amount above the U.S. domestic shipping allowance. Customers remain responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local carrier charges imposed by the destination country.

Intellectual property

Site text, imagery, calligraphy designs, branding, and product presentation belong to Meaningful Apparel, Craft and Code L.L.C-FZ, or their licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location.

We may update these terms or store policies from time to time. The latest version posted on the website applies.

Products are made to order. Items within the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages. International delivery normally takes 10–30 business days. Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility.
